1. My room 46 was on the 4th floor and all movements of my nextdoor neighbours (room 45) or maids made an impression of an elephant walking by - could scare you at night. 2. Glass doors in these rooms & large windows - coming home at night, could see neighbours sleeping in bed (my glass door had a paper curtain). 3. No minibar in room

The hotel is successfully located in relation to station and tourist objects: no more than 10-15 minutes on foot. The attentive personnel, an excellent breakfast: very various, plentiful, fresh, tasty meal. Very purely. With pleasure I will recommend to the friends this hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean and in a great location--easy walk to Krakow's market square and old town, as well as to/from the main train station. Also near a beautiful park and an outdoor market. The breakfast included in the room price is a very nice buffet with a good selection. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The walls are a little thin, so noise transfers somewhat between rooms. But this really wasn't a problem for us. It was barely noticeable.
